We are happy to offer a 30 day returns policy on our watches, during which time we can offer either a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging and documentation.

Items purchased 31 days or more ago
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Items that have been adjusted or had links removed.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds

Once your return is received, it will then be inspected by a member of our team. You will be notified by email to advise you that your piece has been received and let you know if a refund is applicable. This is dealt with on a piece by piece basis.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear in your account from when we process the payment. Postage is non-refundable

Sale items

Sale items can be returned for a refund at the sale price.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges and replace items if they are defective or damaged when you receive them. Should you wish to exchange an item, please an email and we will guide you through the exchange process.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, you can exchange it for a piece to the same value. Should you choose a piece with a lower price, we will refund the difference to the original purchaser. Should you wish to choose a piece with a higher value, you can pay the difference via a payment link that we will send you.

Shipping

We offer free returns on all watches, within Ireland. To return your product, you should email hello@dayt.ie. We will sent you a UPS return label and organise for the parcel to be collected at a time that suits you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
