To coincide with the release of the movie Quantum of Solace, Omega released a special version of its Seamaster Planet Ocean 600m watch. The black textured surface of its dial – reminiscent of the grip of 007’s trademark Walther PPK – distinguishes the Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean 600m Quantum of Solace from the regular Seamaster Planet Ocean 600m.

The black textured surface of its dial – reminiscent of the grip of 007’s trademark Walther PPK – distinguishes the Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean 600m Quantum of Solace from the regular Seamaster Planet Ocean 600m. The subtle blood red tip of the second hand rotates in stark contrast to the black dial. The movement is the self-winding Omega 2500 caliber, which features a stop seconds function, a rapid adjust date display, and a power reserve of 48 hours; the caliber also employs the Omega Co-Axial escapement, which reduces friction and promotes long-term timekeeping performance. With 45.5mm diameter, this exquisite piece makes a bold statement whilst retaining the subtle detailing and elegance that Omega watches are renowned for. Dated to 2008, this Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean 600m Quantum Of Solace Limited Edition was produced in a limited run of 5007 pieces and is in outstanding condition. It is presented with the original box and papers.
