If the watch you are purchasing has a metal bracelet with adjustable links, we will gladly adjust the watch bracelet to fit your wrist, before sending the watch to you. This service is free of charge.
To measure your wrist, you can use a piece of string which you can measure against a ruler. You should allow about half a centimetre (1/4 inch) of slack to prevent it being too tight on arrival.
Then leave us a note in the ‘Order notes’ section at checkout and we will ensure the bracelet is adjusted before it is sent out. We will also include all surplus links with the watch when we post it to you.
If you need to extend the original watch bracelet, we must obtain extra links from the manufacturer. In this event we will contact you to inform you of any possible delays or applicable charges.
Another option is to take the watch to the DAYT concession in Arnotts Department Store, Henry Street, Dublin 1, with your DAYT online receipt and have it adjusted, free of charge. At busy periods of the year you may be asked to leave your watch with the DAYT team in order for them to complete the adjustment.
